How to unlock a case on PRISM

Why is my case locked?

A case can be locked on PRISM for the following reasons:

• You already have the case open on your screen.
• Another user has the case open on their screen.
• You have exited PRISM before exiting the case.
• Your internet or VPN connection has disconnected.

If your case has been locked you will be prompted with a similar error message:

How do I unlock my case?

If the case is locked to your name, open PRISM and login. Once logged in click "Options" and then click "Locks". Select the case which has been locked and click "Delete Lock". You will now be able to view the case.
