Prism Reporter Fix (Generating Report Problem)
Open Internet Explorer and go to https://www.nyas.net/prismreports
In the top right hand corner click the “Gear” symbol and then click “Compatibility View settings”
In the textbox under “Add this website:” type “nyas.net” and then click the “Add” button.
“nyas.net” should then appear in the box below “Websites you’ve added to Compatibility View”. Click the “Close” button and exit internet explorer.
You should now be able to generate a report using the PRISM Reporter.
