How to force install applications on Microsoft Intune App

Microsoft Intune can some sign some users out of the app and this will stop apps and policies being installed - Follow the instructions below to ensure the apps download and policies are synced within the phone.

1- From the home screen swipe up from the bottom of your phone and locate the app called "Intune"

1:2: If you are asked to sign in then login with your NYAS Email and Password 

2: Press on the your name in the devices section

3: Scroll down to the bottom of the app and press on Sync

4:

Once Sync is pressed it will start to download NYAS Policies and Apps

that are required to be installed, This will be done in the background

of the phone.
