All browsers
You can press F5 to refresh the web page's content with cached data. This is the same as clicking refresh in your browser.
A handy tip is that you can also press Ctrl+F5 (try shift+reset if this doesn't work for you) to do a "hard refresh". This will force your browser to ignore the cache and to re-download everything which can sometimes solve your issues. Your browser may appear a little slower when doing this at first but it is completely normal and part of the process of reloading everything.
Chrome
1. Click on the three dots
2. Select More Tools
3. Clear Browsing Data
4. Select the Advanced tab
5. Select All Time
6. Select the options to clear – typically select all items
7. Select Clear Data
Firefox
1. Click the menu button (three lines in the top right corner)
2. Click on history, then "clear recent history"
3. In the drop down next to "Time range to clear" select "Everything", then select OK.
Edge
1. Press the keys [Ctrl], [Shift] and [Del].
2. The Clear Browsing data tab opens
3. Select the options displayed below
4. Under "Time range" Select "All time" then press Clear
