How to force install applications on Microsoft Intune App

Microsoft Intune can some sign some users out of the app and this will stop apps and policies being installed - Follow the instructions below to ensure the apps download and policies are synced within the phone.

From the home screen swipe up from the bottom of your phone and locate the app called "Intune"

If you are asked to sign in then login with your NYAS Email and Password

Press on the your name in the devices section

Scroll down to the bottom of the app and press on Sync

Once Sync is pressed it will start to download NYAS Policies and Apps that are required to be installed, This will be done in the background of the phone.

Applications should now appear in app section of the phone
