Add an email signature in Outlook 365

Step 1

Download the attached Word document and copy the signature from within it.
Attachment at bottom of the page.

In Outlook, navigate to File > Options > Mail > Signatures...
Create a new signature and name it.

Edit your details:

Once saved choose your signature in the 'Choose default signature area to the right, this will tell Outlook which signature to use for which function (you can have more than one signature if needed). Note: Please set both 'New Messages' and 'Replies/Forwards' if you want both to show.

And you are done, on creating a new email you should have a nice new signature at the bottom.
